The forming of the David Crowder Band began when the members of the band were students at Baylor University. In addition to vocalist and multi-instrumentalist-and also the band's namesake-David Crowder, the band is also made up of Jack Parker, Mike Dodson, Mike Hogan, Jeremy Bush and Mark Waldrop.
